MoneySaving Poll: How much are you worth excluding your home?

I suppose it depends on what is meant by "worth".I put the amount of pension I'm getting into the calculator here http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/pensions/article-1633402/Pension-pot-calculator-How-need-save-retirement.html
If you define worth as the value of your estate if you were to die today then could you include the value of your pension? If you have a spouse's benefit in the pension then perhaps you might be able to include a proportion of the pot but it doesn't seem to me to be a figure which is easy to arrive at.
