                    Hello,
I own a flying freehold where my property overhangs the neighbour to the left and right of my property.
I have/had a buyer who I accepted their offer for the sale of my property , the other day their Solicitor sent a letter saying we are near completion but a few weeks later they seem to have persuaded the buyer not to proceed with the sale as they warned her that there is a possibility one of the neighbours could potentially knock their wall down affecting the property , I have arraigned the indemnity policy to be put in place,I am know getting frustrated as I can't seem to sell my property .

            What is the legal arrangement with the FF?
 !!!!!! can cause obvious legal issues where repairs/maintenance is needed, or, as you say, if one party removes a structural wall affecting the other party's property.
 However, if there are suitable legal arrangements, via a Deed, or Covenants for example, specifying each party's rights and obligations, then there should be no problem.0

 If the Solicitors keep putting people off buying my property because of what a neighbour might or might not do to their own property what can I do next?

 I think there are covenants in place for the property, I can't remember exactly,my neighbour a few doors along bought the same sort of property with no hassle ,as did I when I first bought it 14 years ago.

 Then check that they are adequate.
 Then consider putting new/better covenants in place if they are missing/inadequate.0
