Just had a great result from Next
Ordered the portofino bed in the Boxing Day sale just gone which was delivered mid jan. Less than 2 months in and there was a fault with the bed.
Long story short, they don't do our colour bed anymore so can't replace the faulty part, so they said we could choose any upholstered bed in their range for no extra cost!

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.

Update - new bed was delivered yesterday and the delivery guy said they couldn't take the old bed away as it wasn't boxed?! How's it possible for anyone to keep old packaging months afterwards? He was in total agreement but those were the rules.
CS asked if we could use the packaging from the new bed and they'll come back on Easter Sunday. They also credited our account with £50 so great CS once again but could've done without the hassle.0
