Does your ex pay maintenance for your kids?
If not and you are receiving full IS then you are allowed to keep the first £10 pw maintenance without it affecting your IS, so this could be counted as maintenance.0 -
He does pay maintenance but I already get the £10 a week direct from the CSA.0
