Hi,
I recentley bought dying light for the ps4 new from game. I was told if i bought a NEW copy of the game I would get a dlc which is only avaliable on new copies with it. It turns out that this dlc is avaliable on the preowned version aswell. Does anybody know if I can get a refund or anything? it also turns out it is an add on aswell and is NOT in fact a dlc.

Are you referring to the "Be the zombie" thing?
Did they actually state that the preowned version doesnt include the content or was it just perhaps a general disclaimer?
Tbh, unless what you've actually bought doesnt conform to contract, I dont think you'll have any grounds for action against the retailer. Might be able to complain about a trading practice of theirs is misleading but that won't necessarily entitle you to a refund.
And of course at present, soga only extends to the durable medium, not the digital content (due to be changed...end of this year or so)You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
yeah its the be the zombie thing, it was just that i was told i wouldnt get this with a preowned copy of the game which i would have got if i knew. thank you for your reply0

Theres every possibility that was a general disclaimer as preowned usually doesnt come with DLC as its normally redeemed via a single use code and it needs to be purchased separately. Generally (in my experience anyway) when a game is marketed as including DLC, that DLC isn't free.
There are some retailers even selling it as a "be the zombie edition" which although misleading (as imo it makes you think its not a standard edition) its not actually false - you would get exactly what you pay for - and I can kind of understand why they might not be aware that its free content if its marketed as including it.
ETA: If you were specifically told that though, there's nothing to stop you complaining and seeing if you can get a goodwill gesture. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
because of the delay they gave everybody it for free‘It ain’t over 'til it's over’0
