Cheap laminate flooring

I am looking for advice on where the cheapest place to buy underlay, laminate flooring and fitting of the flooring? I am extremely naïve and am hoping to spend £150 for everything. Where are the best places to look. The space measures at 4x3 metres?
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Naïve? Yes.
I fit a lot of laminate flooring. Magnet trade have a low grade on offer at the minute for £3 per sq m plus VAT. (Only really fit for spare bedrooms). Basic underlay is about £12 a roll. You'll need a door bar (£4) and scotia beading (7 lengths at £2/length). That's £72. You'll be very lucky to find someone to collect it and fit it for £78.
Realistically for a half decent laminate and fitting you need to look at £300.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
don't bother.
If that's your budget, your going to end up with poor quality flooring and more than likely, poor quality fitting too.
You'd be better off looking at getting a carpet (roll end may be cheaper). You may just be able to get a roll end, underlay and fitting for your budget.
Alternatively, what flooring do you currently have? If it's floorboards, what about hiring a sander to strip them back and then you could stain them?0 -
Cheap laminate = Crap Floor...... End Off...... My Advise.... Don't do it..... Go for something at least half decent like Phill99 says...0

B and Q do a reasonable budget laminate.

See this website for the underlay and other bits

For your budget though you have no chance getting it all and fitted for £150.
You could probably buy yourself a cheap jigsaw, tape measure etc. and DIY it just about0
