Help - toilet not flushing

I had this european push flush http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cId=A334722&ts=32756&id=57288 toilet fitted two years ago and today the flush has stopped working. We popped off the front access panel and there seems to be a thin tube connecting to a blue panel at the front of the cistern. Taking off that panel there is another thin tube coming from it which looks like it might be meant to connect to something but is just trailing in the water. Both of these tubes have water in them. Any link to a diagram or advice on what should connect to where would be very welcome.

No idea what your blue tubes are for, but throwing a bucket of water into the pan will work every time!0

Hi
Is it this? http://www.thomasdudley.co.uk/vantage.asp#
Give them a call if you can't see where the tube should go.
There should be no water in the tubes it's an air operated flush.
