Court date with Parking Eye ..Please HELP!

Hi I hope some one can help
I have been issued with a court date for this thursday in regard to a parkingeye charge. I have no idea who was driving at the time and have asked for proof but only received photos of the car which I do own but during this period it could have been 3-4people.
I have appealed on these grounds and all the others mentioned in previous posts, like the fact that the £100 plus fee is no where near an indication of the actual loss of £12 it would have cost to park there, and they are not the landowners etc.
does anybody have any advice regarding an actual court appearance with PE?
Thank you

Yes, if you a registered keeper it does not matter who was driving, the keeper is liable.
Have you filed a defence ?
If so you are going to have to work very quickly indeed and edit and add a further defence.
