Just need some advice, I owe £38000 on a house which as dropped in price from £100 000 in the good times to a value of £55-58000 due to area, according to estate agent who says to advertise at £65000 and see what happens. This is Lancashire lol.
Renting max I will get is £425 per month and I pay a mortgage of £365 for the next 10 years.
Im able to get my tax free lump sum from my pension pot estimate round £33 000 in Jan 2016 so not to bothered about sale just worried house prices will drop even further. If I rent repair costs etc will be a worry
Any advice welcome

Where are you going to live if you sell?
Not going to make much profit if paying £365 mortgage and only getting £425 rent for the next 10 years!!!!
Pension pot is money you need to live on NOT pay off debts.
When will you get state pension and will you get FULL state pension ?0 -
