Freedom Contracts

I am about to place an order on a 2 year lease with freedom contracts.
Has any one got any personal experience with them?
So far the ladies I have spoken to on the phone are limited in knowledge, seem to want to get off the phone very quickly and prefer communicating by email.

This is my first ever lease, so any pointers would help, especially what to look out for?

I am inclined to go with them still as they are providing the best quote, which over a 2 year term will save me £500!

Do you really want to sign an expensive two-year contract with a company who don't want to talk to you?

Yes, as essentially once the contract is signed all the work will be down to the dealer. I agree it isn't ideal but they seem to quite popular (or so it seems so on various other forums) but no one seems to say how good their experiences have been...
