can someone tell me why some files in a folder are blue and not black like the others 0

It's normall because the files / folders are compressed to save space. Righ click on the folder and check for the option to compress to save space.
I think it could also be if it is a 'hidden' file. Go to my computer and click on Tools, Options, View and check to see if you have hidden files visable.'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts'
