  • Once HSBC sent me a cheque for 800 pounds. I was still a student. The explanation was that my cheque was wrongly cleared in the past. But I'm sure I was never debited 800 pounds by mistake. I should have gone to them to clear it up but I was a busy student so never got to the bottom of it. Also I thought well they're the bank, if they are sending me money why should I complain.
