EDF Increases on-line prices
Last week I question EDF energy why I hadn't seen any price reduction from them over the last year. I was informed that there were no price reductions on the on-line account, but other accounts had seen reductions. This seemed unfair.
I now have received a letter stating that their gas prices are to INCREASE. What is going on ? I thought basic gas prices had fallen. Is everyone being ripped off here ?
Anyone else had similar letters ?
