It never occurred to me to do the insides of them... Mind you, I have only been here for 15 years so probably doesn't need doing yet

Ditto! For info, on mine the side panels "slide" up (they need a bit of a shove from the bottom to "unclick" them), they lift off and then the top grille lifts off. I then attack with the brush (bought from a market for £1). Then I vacuum up the dust bunnies
Incidentally, before I bought the elongated bottle brush, I bought an extension tool for the vacuum which had a long flexible tube crevice tool (kind of!) which was supposed to perform this task. What a faff that was - every time I "threaded" the flexible tube down the radiator, it folded on itself. So about as much use as a chocolate teapot :cool:0 -
