I received an unfair parking ticket from UKPS I had broken down and overstayed ny one hour. I appealed and gave them my friends reg no who came to give me a jump start . They could check on the CCTV camera that he entered and exited 15 minutes later . They completely ignored this information and obviously didn't even check the camera. When I rang the switchboard at Asda a very unhelpful woman told me they don't help out in any situation with parking tickets .
I asked her to put me through to the store. I spoke to a lovely lady who totally sympathised with me and the Laison officer rang me back today to say that she had had the ticket cancelled.
So it is now a fact that the stores can intervene . Dont be put off by the switchboard .

Don't be put off the supermarkets can intervene if the ticket is unfair . All you need is a nice person or Laison officer and they Wiccan help you . I asked for help in Asda Hulme Manchester and a lovely lady agreed it was unfair and had the ticket cancelled . Persist it's worth it

Some supermarkets claim the car park is not theirs, that the parking enforcement is nothing to do with them, that they can't do anything about it, or a combination of these. There's no hard and fast rule.

However if you follow the procedure on the parking forum to challenge the ticket you shouldn't have to pay anyway.

Have you got it in writing? Until you do expect correspondence from the PPC.

Start by having a look in the Parking Tickets Forum at the top of this one and read the Newbies Sticky carefully. It has all the info you need to see them-off.

Then if this thread isn't moved soon, post your own thread in that forum for detailed help, once you have the bones of your challenge/appeal together.

Meantime, if you can get any Wiccans to do a Banishing on a range of PPC's, we will supply a list!
