Wright hassall threatening letter

hi i am new to mse and although reading the newbies thread I'm still a bit unsure as to what to do. i realise that this may see really annoying and i apologise!! i would really just appreciate some direct advice as very confused !
i parked in a gravel car park in leeds and got back id say if i was honest about 5 mins late. no ticket or fine on my car so assumed i wasn't late and all was ok!
got a letter a bit after addressed to me by name saying i owed money ect .. same old .. i have just ignored all correspondence as heard this company ZZPS was a set of cranks. now got letter from wright hassal giving me 14 days to respond.. or court ect and i now owe 168.00
as i have ignored all the way through what is the best thing for me to do at this stage??
would really appreciate the advice!!

Search the forum for ZZPS or Hassall as a keyword first. Please see the threads from today, yesterday, the day before etc., already covering this and telling people to ignore it or complain/respond. We can't have a new thread every hour about the same scam, we can't cope with it even though we want to help! I know you may have read them already but nothing has changed from 10 minutes ago, where the last thread left off.
Please search and read other threads as if the advice was here on yours.
I favour ignoring debt collector letters which is why I say this in post #4 of the NEWBIES sticky thread - at the top of the forum - which is all about not starting new threads re debt collectors. There are only so many ways I can say 'ignore' so many times a day!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Was it a general Pay and Display car park or a car park for a specific shop? If the second option you can appeal to the shop and ask them to get it cancelled.
Otherwise ignore them unless you get court papers.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0 -
