RAC Passport results, HPI check discprency

Hello,
Am planning to purchase a slightly used car and found two odd results in the RAC report that I had purchased,
- There is a mileage discrepancy of 500 miles between the number of the report (source DVLA) and advertised by the dealer (I have a photograph of the odometer). The DVLA number is higher and was reported 2 weeks ago.
- The number of previous keepers is listed as zero
I realize 500 miles (5500 vs 5000 miles) is not much and am not overly concerned, but I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts.
Thanks.
PS - Is there any difference between the RAC check and an HPI check?

When you say no previous keepers i presume its a 1 owner vehicle and it wont have any previous keepers until you buy it.
5000 / 5500 an easy slip when keying in the mileage.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
"Here, Dave, how many miles on <insert vague description of car?"
"Oh, I dunno. About 5 and a bit thousand, I think."
"Ta. I'll put 5500."
Nobody is going to clock a 5,500 mile car to 5,000.0 -

I thought that at minimum the previous keepers would be 1, i.e. the original owner. Didn't realize the count begins at zero.
Thanks.0 -

Cheers. It was actually the other way round, the report had more miles than are on the car. I spoke to the dealer and they've said it was an admin error on their part.0 -
