NS&I no confirmation

I applied by post for £10,000.00 worth of +65 bonds in January but have not received any confirmation from them that I have the bonds, my cheque was cashed on the 22nd of January.
If you ring the helpline they tell you that they cannot help without a purchase reference number which can only be obtained by written application, I have written two letters with all my details, the last letter was registered/signed for.
Is anyone else in this situation? I am worried that the money may have gone astray.
Alfie.

    When did you apply kittie?

I applied 21st March; money disappeared from my account 25th, which is the date of the Bond; Bond Record (paperwork) received 2nd April

Husband applied 9th April; money disappeared 14th April; no paperwork yet.

I'm in a similar situation except mine's only £200 for Prem Bonds. Cheque cashed, it's been month and a half for me.

I don't have my holdings number, which I've posted a letter requesting today. Once I have that, I can register for their online thing / phone account. It's early days for you but I've not been impressed so far.

Received confirmation on Friday. Yup, not very timely, 3-months on.
