right ill get straight down to the point i have lost the software for my epson rx720 or summet along them lines ive been on the epson site installed the software but its still not working any ideas?

Might be obvious and you may have tried it but why not uninstall and reinstall it if you have the disc0

That doesn't necessarily mean you lost the disc, that could simply mean your installation got corrupted/deleted etc. I also found your post difficult to read without punctuation/grammar.
