ISA rules re multiple providers

Options
I'm reviewing ISA investments for the next tax year, as I have a Halifax bond due to mature at the beginning of April and need to find a home for the funds. I already have a Halifax cash ISA, which pays the same rate gross as I would get for renewing the Halifax bond - so obviously a better option there. Santander have a better deal still for 123 account customers (I have a 123 current account). Am I permitted by the ISA rules to open a new ISA account with Santander while maintaining the Halifax one, or do I have to keep all ISA funds with one provider?

Thanks in advance for any help.

If you have not put any money into your ISA since April 6 2014, you can open a new one now and put £15,000 into it.

If you have, you need to wait until April 6 2015, and your allowance is then £15,240.

Apart from the Santander 123, there are several other current accounts that pay 3, 4 and 5% AER. Look round on the forum for threads on all of them.
