System Overheating?

Hi Guys
hope you can help! My 8 month old PC keeps shutting down, usually when I'm playing games (or more specifically Gala bingo!!:o ) This has only been happening since Gala added all sorts of horrible extra graphic sparkly things on their pages, and it seems loads of people crash out of the site, but it doesn't usually switch off their PC's too. It has happened today, though on other sites after the first crash.
I get the following message :
AMBIOS Release 7/19/2006
CPU : Intel ®Celeron®
CPU 2.8GHZ
Press Del to run Setup
Press F8 for BBS Popup
1024MB ok
(DDR2 ; 533MHZ)
System is overheat
Pressing F4 to continue
It IS warm today, so I've checked that the fans are working (warm air coming out of the back of PC).
Should I get in touch with the supplier of the PC? (I did try calling them last week, but couldn't get a reply; this was one that my insurance company supplied through their network, to replace a damaged PC .They were Captive PC of Bournmouth.)
I've got tower in front of open window to get onto MSE now and post this, but it could well conk out again any moment.
Any advice? Will it damage PC to keep pressing F4 and continue? (No tech knowledge or experience here, so please be nice!)
Thanks:A

I'd open the side of the Pc and blow out any dust (with the power off) from any fans and the processor fans and fins. You may also have a fan of the Graphics card if it has a seperate one
If captive PC's built this PC from scratch , if it still happens I would suggest that they either did not put enough paste on the processor(this helps tranfer the heat to the fins and fan....or it needs an additional or more powerful fan on the caseEx forum ambassador
