Tesco have run out of Easter Eggs 2 weeks before Easter

Just a rant. I know I can go elsewhere but it's annoying...
My local Tesco Extra has run out of decent Easter Eggs. I went in there on Friday to pick one up for DH and the shelves were bare. There were a few of the large luxury eggs - Thorntons, Baileys and the likes, but DH doesn't like them, so it would be a waste of money.
Why do they put the darn things out so early if they're going to run out of them weeks before Easter?

there may "just" be a very very slim chance that they might have a delivery wagon between now and easter
only a slim chance ,, but ,,,,,
you could have bought some out of date easter eggs tho ,,,,0 -
Nah. They always run out of things stupidly early and never get more in. You'd think I'd learn, but I thought 2 weeks before would be sufficient time.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

Already done. I've alerted my MP, My MSP, my MEP, the police, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force. And the Easter Bunny, of course.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

My Tesco still has a wide selection. As does Sainsburys. And Asda.

Sigh. This part of the forum is called Praise, Vent & Warnings. This is a vent. It's a pretty minor vent, which is why I didn't post it in a "Life threatening emergencies" forum.
Other threads on this part of the board include Extra Selling at the till
and lots of threads about Raspberry ketones, none of which are second or third world problems.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Learn now. Shop somewhere else.
Who cares if they run out of something? There's a million things in the store - buy something else0
