I'll be around too. DH is working right through Easter and I'm working around it. So hardly any difference really.
Today:
Gym
Bath
WUDUPA and keep on top of it
Walk dogs twice
Hoover and mop through house
Post seeds to HB
Gardening
Make a batch of bolognese sauce to freeze
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Our bedroom tidied and dusted, kitten is now walking around the house with the duster in his mouth.
WM1 on the maiden, no 2 loaded but will start later for overnight drying
Off for a shower next and to clean the bathroom and then on to the decoratoring task.
Rain means garden tasks have been postponed, so the choice of what gives has been made. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Raining here now too, again...anyway bolognese sauce is bubbling away, WUDUPA done....Spend less now, work less later.0

Feeling a little sad in the frizzle household
We went to view two houses yesterday. One of which we have had our eye on since November. Just decided we were going to put an offer in on Monday morning when we get a phone call from our estate agent. The people who we accepted an offer from are still looking at other houses and now have two that they can't decide between!
So after much wine and ice cream last night, we have decided that every month we are on the market will mean a larger deposit for the house. My pragmatic side is happier but my emotional side tells me we are not in a position to put the offer in on a new house and someone else will end up buying it!
Anyway, have a mountain of ironing so going to throw myself into that!
Have a good Sunday everyone!Grocery challenge-

Am I going to be left here on my own??
Nope. I'm around, although OH mentioned yesterday that he'll be in London on Saturday. That'll be watching his team, I think, so I'm not sure if he's staying over or coming back on the last train.
Does anyone know if you can use Berto11i olive oil spread to make pastry. Irritating lodger has left the building (yay!) having poured away her milk which we would have used, and left the spread, which we don't use. I don't make cakes or scones which it says it's fine for, but I do makes ordinary pastry and cheese pastry. Would it work for that, or is it too oily?Better is good enough.0 -
