I had 2 active charges of issuing tickets whilst not s member of an ata ,


instead of penalising him , and allowing trading standards to act , the BPA tipped him off


I present , the biggest con job of 2015:


Dear Mr xxxxx

Although AM Parking left the BPA/AOS on 27th February 2015 they were re-instated on the 14th April 2015. The issue was not related to any disciplinary action, but an administrative issue.

As they are still members they are entitled to still use the Logos.

I can take up the issue of the two tickets that you received, if you provide the relevant details.

Ok I can tell you there next steps , as the "small fry + VCS?DR+" setup comes to light .


you will be offered a chance to appeal , however this is via the PCS website. http://www.parkingcsl.co.uk/appeals/form.php this appeal will be sat on , then you will get an email from PCS asking for more info , and attempting to get you to name yourself, the appeal will go 2 ways , quietly time out , and the threats will start again in 6 mths , or if you write them a "gan" special , POPLa code or shut up, you will get a nice letter from them.


the letter will be from PCS , not AM parking , saying "we have declined" etc and signed by Selena Frost

in it will be a POPLa code from AM parking , as PCS have hung them out to dry at this point .


this action , ticket on car , no NTK , £120 bill from PCS is happening more and more , the BPA and the DVLA have been informed , but see nothing wrong with it.

however the reply was from the DRA , not the company that issued the ticket.


the original company can still use another company to chase you for the remainder of 6 yrs
