I'm assuming here that by "internal components" you mean the motherboard?
IMO if the motherboard has already been replaced and the same problem keeps happening, it indicates a design flaw, which by default, is inherent.
It could also indicate user error, being used on a lap, sofa, bed, other non flat surface and blocking the vents that allows air circulation to keep the laptop cool. Over time and repeated overheating it can cause motherboards, fans and heat sinks to fail.0
