Prestige Flowers - Stay well away

I am utterly disgusted with this company.
Sadly I couldn't be with my sick mother on Mother's Day so it was really important to me to send her flowers so she knew I was thinking of her on that day. I went over on the saturday to see her before I left the country and when I was at her house the flowers were delivered, a day early! I couldn't believe it, if I had wanted to take flowers over to her on the saturday I could have done that without spending a fortune having some delivered to her on the actual Mothering Sunday, but obviously I had wanted them delivered on the correct day.
When I contacted Prestige Flowers it took them nearly a week to respond and they basically couldn't have cared less, they said it was in their small print that they could deliver them on any day they wanted, which is insane! They ask you to specifically pick the day you want them delivered and that is what I had done and what I had paid for. To say that it is in the small print that they can deliver whenever they want is a complete scam!!
They offered none of my money back and didn't even offer an apology. I would thoroughly warn people off this company, unless you want your flowers delivered on any day they choose and not the day of the special occasion that you paid for.

You should have searched the net before ordering there are many many other complainants dating back years.0
