Joined Sainsburys Energy and have so far sent meter readings to them FOUR times, each acknowledged then followed a day or two later by an email saying problem, re-submit. Shambles! Phone site is abysmal. Finally gave meter readings today at their automated number 0800 107 4 985. All seemed to be OK, but I'm not holding my breath

Possibly the system is rejecting them due to a previous erroneous reading-the system will always reject readings that it believes to be wrong. If so you'll need to get them to enter them in manually.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Me too, I m on my fourth also, I ve given up now, there s no problem with previous erroneous readings either. I have smart meters anyway so I expect Sainsburys BG will eventually get them correct..
