Joined Sainsburys Energy and have so far sent meter readings to them FOUR times, each acknowledged then followed a day or two later by an email saying problem, re-submit. Shambles! Phone site is abysmal. Finally gave meter readings today at their automated number 0800 107 4 985. All seemed to be OK, but I'm not holding my breath

Possibly the system is rejecting them due to a previous erroneous reading-the system will always reject readings that it believes to be wrong. If so you'll need to get them to enter them in manually.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
