    Thanks for the link to the ASA. I had been annoyed about renewing my Norton AntiVirus online and wasn't going to do anything about it, but this prompted me to do it. I had been using the 2000 version, paying £10 a year to renew, then suddenly this time Symantec says it's discontinued and you have to upgrade to the 2005 version - for £25. Only then they add on VAT (fair enough), but as you are about to pay they also add an extra £5 for multiple downloads. Now, they say it's optional and we never had to download it more than once before, so we try and check the box to remove it from the basket, but that doesn't work and we have to take it. So in reality, they are advertising a product for £25 which they are actually charging you £35 for. So now I've got that off my chest and made my complaint - thanks again!
