Google redirected to adult sites

When i type a search word into Google and the results are listed, I am re-directed to adult sites when i click on the link.
I have ran avg, spybot and adaware and cant find anything amiss so does anyone have any advice on what to do??

Try hijackthis, you definately have an infestation of some sort. Check your host file too.0

I found that the free spyware doctor you get with the google pack finds lots of stuff that other spyware software misses. Give it a go but uninstall it afterwards, it seems to slow my machine down but that may be because I have McAfee antivirus.0
