I honestly thought they did make it as i can remember a big hoo-haa on childrens tv about it being the last one etc.... then my mum dragged me out and i missed it

I could have sworn there was a final episode as well, otherwise I wouldn't have been kicking myself all these years.
I guess they were advertising the last episode, not THE last episode. If that makes sense. *Shrugs*0
