Boundary dispute - Judges orders.

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this query so please feel free to move move if not.

Judges orders,
1. Each party shall give standard disclosure of documents by list .....

2. Each party shall file a complete pre trial check list .....

Am I right to assume that the first order is for just a list of all the documents and the second for all the files (the bundle)?

If not then what is the difference???

Many grateful thanks in advance

Mike
Best regards

Are you representing yourself in these court proceedings or do you have a solicitor? Assuming you have a solicitor, ask her what this means!

I am representing myself - of necessity rather then choice
