Santander 123

"I intend to keep my account very close to £20,000, so there's a possibility it might occasionally creep over, such as when they add the cashback or interest. I'll withdraw any excess quickly, but it might not always be immediately."
Best to set up a high balance alert to your mobile telling you when your balance exceeds £20,000 and then immediately move the excess to another interest bearing account.0 -
I just wanted confirmation, my point stands though. The wording of the Santander wording is confusing - split into two little paragraphs.
The moneysupermarket web site mentions nothing about two direct debits but headlines it as an account to open.

This has given me a laugh. OneADay is regular poster on DT, seemingly knowing it all about politics.
That he/she has problems with these clear 123 conditions says it all about judgement.

Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.
(Pity they are mangled by this autocorrect!)0 -
123 accounts were one of the best things my partner and I did this year. Two direct debits isn't all that hard to sort out even if you have other accounts0
