Lease Car Help!!

We got a lease car in April last year it came with lots of small black spots of (what seems like) tar all round the bumpers, I took pictures of this just in case they don't come out and I sent them to the lease company (no reply). Later on in the year we had the MOT come round and we had 4 advisory requirements; tyres and brakes. We have had the tyres replaced and we will be getting the brakes done. The car had had a service before we got it, should these have been picked up? We have only done approx 6,000 miles in the time we have had the car when the MOT came up.
On a separate issue the electric window stops working sporadically and the radio doesn't come on again (sporadically), now today there is a clunking sound coming from underneath the car. When I took the lease out I asked about having maintenance in with the payments but the chap who sold me it said the car is a 60 plate, its three years old and it would be pointless to have the maintenance as the car won't be going wrong (stupidly now I’m thinking I shouldn't have taken his advice).
Please advise as to what I should do. Do I just get the work done or are there grounds for them to get the work done?
Thanks in advance

If it has been less than 12 months i would go back and tell them about everything. It shouldnt be going wrong at this stage (What milleage was the car when you got it?) Something is not right about the car.0

The black spots where on the car when you bought it and accepted the cars condition. What are you thinking the finance company are going to do?
As long as the tyres were 1.6mm + (legal) then the supplying dealer and finance company will do nothing. Tyres are a wearing item and will require replacing. You may be able to go back to the dealer for a goodwill gesture.
Brakes are also a wearing item, if the pads/disks where worn out at the time of the last service, they would of been replaced so you can only assume that they weren't. You may be able to go back to the dealer for a goodwill gesture.
The electrical problems should be sorted by the dealer. Take it back and get them to fix the issues when you complain about replacing the tyres and brakes."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0 -
This is a used vehicle??

ty all
It had one previous owner!
The brakes and tyres we replaced and will accept that they are all part of the lease maintenance. The electrical i will speak to them about! The clunking sound i have now found out what it was and its one of the clamps which hold the exhaust to the car at the engine end, the support looks rusted! We haven't gone over anything that would hit it or knock it off so, (as you can tell i'm not a car person really) should this have happened so soon?
I told the lease company about the spots as if they didn't come out i didn't want to be charged for it
SAF-789 The mileage was 30,000 now 38,000 approx.
