o Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
o There will be one (1) winner. The winner’s flavour will be developed into a Whittard of Chelsea product and sold in stores around Spring 2016. The winner will also receive a luxury hot chocolate hamper. Two (2) runners-up will also receive a luxury hot chocolate hamper. The hamper consists of: 14” Wicker hamper, 2 x Polka Dot Hot Chocolate Cups, 1 x Caramel Chocolate Spoon, 1 x Latte Macchiato Chocolate Spoon, 1 x Mini Marshmallows, 1 x Luxury White Hot Chocolate, 1 x Caramel Flavour Hot Chocolate, 1 x Luxury Hot Chocolate.
o Entry to the competition can be made via the competition app on the Whittard of Chelsea Facebook Page. To participate, the entrant must enter their name, email address and details of their hot chocolate flavour through the app. These are the only compulsory entrance conditions, any other actions on the app are optional.
o By entering the competition, the entrant is agreeing to Whittard of Chelsea creating their flavour suggestion for sale purposes in Whittard of Chelsea stores, if chosen as the winning flavour.
o The opening date for receipt of entries is 19th March 2015 10:00GMT and the closing date for receipt of entries is 7th April 2015, 15.00GMT.
o Following the closing date for entries, the 6 best flavour suggestions will be selected by the Whittard of Chelsea Buying and Merchandising Team. In the case of multiple entrants suggesting the same selected flavour, the winning entrant’s name will be randomly selected using random.org. Once finalised, these 6 shortlisted entries and winners names will be uploaded to a voting app on Facebook, where the flavour with the most votes will be chosen as the winner. The runners-up will be the flavours with the second and third most votes. Voting will run from 8th April 2015 until 15th April 2015.
o No proof of purchase necessary.
o Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of Whittard of Chelsea, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
o Entrants must be residents of the UK.
o Entries are restricted to one per email address.
o This promotion is not connected with Facebook in any way and the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
o The competition is created and run by Whittard of Chelsea, Windrush House, Windrush Park Road, Witney, OX29 7DX.
o No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted. o The winner and runners-up will be announced on the Whittard of Chelsea Facebook app on 16th April 2015.
o All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 30th April 2015 an alternative winner will be chosen. Once a subsequent winner has been selected, the previous winner is no longer entitled to the prize. In the unlikely event that no entries have been received before the closing date, no prizes will be awarded.
o The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
o Each prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
o Whittard of Chelsea reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.
o Whittard of Chelsea’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
o The names of winner will be available on the Whittard of Chelsea Facebook page.
o Any entry which is incomplete, incomprehensible, late, incorrectly submitted or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Whittard of Chelsea.
o Whittard of Chelsea may withdraw or cancel the competition for any reason and at any time.
o Whittard of Chelsea will use your details to administer your prize if you win. If you are successful in winning, Whittard of Chelsea reserves the right to use your name and/or image on the Whittard of Chelsea Blog, Twitter account and/or Facebook page and any other social media if required, highlighting you as the winner.
o Whittard of Chelsea reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. Any amends will be posted on the Whittard of Chelsea site.
