Landlords 'Special Clauses' in contract

hi, upon moving in i signed my tenancy contract, I have noticed a few issues and would like some advice please as i feel as though my landlord will try to take as much as he can from my protected deposit.
here are the few points that have came to my attention
- all carpets to be professionally cleaned by a member of the wool safe organisation/national carpet cleaners association/the institute of cleaning & restoration using truck mounted equipment and the receipt to be passed to your property manager.
- clean exterior of windows/frames/sills and doors upon vacation.
- have the mattress and any linens, curtains, blinds or seat covers professionally steam cleaned by a member of the wool safe organisation etc....
when i moved in, the only thing the landlord had complied with was have the carpets cleaned, non of the above were done as he and his wife cleaned the property themselves with there bottles of cleaner.
i feel as though I'm going to be taken for a ride here as i plan to have the property cleaned myself to a better standard than i moved into it.
where do i stand with these clauses?

In my opinion unfair clauses, not enforceable:
Look up oft356..
What matters is simply the the place & contents are returned, as-was, less fair-wear-and-tear: It doesn't matter how:
For example., what happens if one room & everything in it is never ever used?? It's completely unreasonable to expect contents to be cleaned!0 -
thank you theartfullodger, i have full intentions to returning the keys with the property being cleaner than i had moved into. but with myself cleaning it, i just fear he will want to put in 'cleaners' invoices into my deposit, so am i correct in saying, if my carpets and furniture are clean, he would not have a strong dispute on the deposit scheme? i will be taking photographs of every inch of the place upon checkout.0

Maybe when you checkout you can't work out how to do hi-deff... (not too extreme now.._)
If he tries to deduct simply start a dispute with deposit scheme: It's what they are there for!0
