i had a brilliant socket set with everything from sparkplug sockets to allen and torx bolts which i got off ebay, unfortunatlly i lent it to a mate who got it stolen from his car grr.
anyway ive had a quick look but cant seem to find anything with the same amount of fittings, anybody know where you can get quality sets ideally with a good case to keep them all together, all the ones i have seen look cheap and flimzy.

Halfords (yes I know) Profesional range is pretty good and comes with life time guarantee.

brilliant, the teng 111 piece set looks almost as good as mine but not quite and is only £160, argh, i might just beat him to death with his own arm now.
i actually have a lot of the stuff spare its just a good well orginised case and some heavy duty sockets and universal joints i need, im giving serious thought to getting a alluminium case and making my own insert, it just seems like a shame and lot of effort. so far im thinking about doing it with either expanding foam or balser wood0 -
Teng tools are excellent and are also Ultimate Handyman Approved
Teng are very good quality and I think they are based in Sweeden, their quality and guarantee is every bit as good as snap on, but at a much lower price.0
