Income/Expenditure question...

Well i've got my BR appointment on Thursday (9th Aug) and finally getting down to filling in the forms today, I know i've left it late but I just kept putting it off and off, i'm sure many of you know how this feels.
My question is this, i'm not working right now, not claiming benefits either as I left my job voluntarily about a month ago, just living off a little saved money and help from my girlfriend. So basically I don't have an income BUT as of 15th August I will be moving house to live with my girlfriend and will then get a new job, already looking now but obviously not likely to start work til around start of september.
On my forms should I put down what I estimate my outgoings will be and explain that once I have moved I will be in new employment? Or should I put something else, i'm really not sure on this.
I know almost exactly what my outgoings will be, therefore I know how much I need to be earning a month, this helps when I look for a job to make sure I don't earn to much and end up with an IPA if at all possible, I know this is cheeky but I really want a proper fresh start and making a payment for the next 3 years will be a slight weight on my shoulders, nothing compared to the debt i'm in now, but with the new home, new job, I want to get the cleanest break possible. I also think it would be better to put down the figures on the forms so the information is readily available for the OR rather than them having to get this off me once I get a job.
I'm sure this is only the first question of many I will be posting throughout this afternoon, cheers guys!

No. The idea of the forms is to give a picture of what state your finances are in now, not in the future. If things change, then you notify the OR at the time. You may be unemployed for quite a while but end up paying an IPA because you were daft enough to put what you thought you were going to earn on a job you've yet to even start looking for.0

So basically I should put I have no income or expenditure because that is the case right now and then when I get a job, inform the OR of my income and also give them my outgoings as well?
I will literally be living off my girlfriend until I get a job when we move, I honestly have nothing coming in and any outgoings she is covering for the time being...do have to pay her back though...dammit, he he!
EDIT: Should I add a note on the forms stating that i will be moving soon and expect to have a job in a short while?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

Also as I understand it, as long as I inform the OR of any income changes within 21 days while within the undischarged period then i'm not doing anything wrong?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

If I get an IPA, it's for the full 36 months until the IPA is over?!?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

it may be worth making a call to the insolvancy service on this one for clarification
I have been working for the last 3 and a half years, left my job a month ago for a multitude of reasons but also expected to have moved quicker and already be setup with a new job already...should I explain this on the forms?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

Actually if I recall correctly when I spoke to CCCS about 2 months ago, I explained that I would soon be moving quite a distance away, therefore would need to quit my job. They suggested that I waited until I had left my job, then go bankrupt as this would make the figures and forms a lot simpler, rather than going BR with one set of figures, maybe having an IPA setup, then leaving work and having no income to then get another job and have another set of figures to deal with and further altering the IPA.Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

I think that because I left my job voluntarily the only thing I can claim is a hardship benefit, but I don't really qualify as my girlfriend is supporting me and I have no hardship to speak of right now.
Anyone else have any advice in regards to this situation...anyone else been in the same boat?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later

You need to claim - contribution based JSA if you've had constant employment over the last two years - income based if not. Even if you don't get anything, your stamp is still paid every week.0

So should I go ahead and make a claim for this? I'm aware it can take a few weeks to get an appointment, should I put my BR hearing on hold until it is done? However, i'm moving in under 2 weeks so should I make an appointment with the jobcentre in the area I am moving to?Bankrupt 14/08/07, Early discharge granted 14/02/07...exactly 6 months later
