Unknown account with 'under review' status?

Hello all

I'm shortly going to apply for a balance transfer card, so I pulled up my full credit reports on Checkmyfile and CreditExpert. Everything is looking good in general and in order and my scores were quite pleasing.

One thing that I don't get though. There's an account on the Checkmyfile report from a "communications supplier" which I don't understand. I have one contract phone with Vodafone, who also have a fully up to date account on my report. I did upgrade my contract via Carphone Warehouse a while back, could this be it? Annoyingly, no lender details show up when I click for more information unlike all of my other accounts. Everything shows up as OK/up to date. I'm going to call up to ask for a little bit more info as to who this mysterious creditor is, but what is concerning me a little is that for January a 'Q' in a blue box shows up rather than usual 'OK' in a green box. When I click for more information, it says that "The account status is currently under review due to a query". I have absolutely no idea what this means or what might have caused it??

To be honest when you have a query checkmyfile is pretty useless.

You need to check the credit reference agency that the account is actually reported to by the creditor (either equifax or callcredit).

That will show which supplier is reporting the account andhopefully give you enough information to recognise the account or query it if incorrect.
