Easyfundraising and John Lewis

Hi - Does anyone else have problems getting John Lewis to stump up for their donations via www. easyfundraising.org.uk?
We've signed up our small local charity to this website and other retailers such as M&S, Boots, Ocado, etc, etc are really great - often paying on the same day you place the order. In my experience, John Lewis NEVER pay. They have to be chased by the company's staff - otherwise you wouldn't get their donation. I tried complaining to JL through their website "send us a message and we'll direct it to the right department" only to get a useless response from someone saying they were the WRONG department (!) and that I should take it up with easyfundraising. Basically, if we don't complain about every missed donation from JL, our charity misses out. What do other people think?
