i have had a similar problem with dfs i rang up to place an order for a sofa as i wanted one with removable arms and back for easy access to my house, the ones they sent do not have removable arms or back and keep getting put here there and everywhere when i ring them
i know what i ordered and they keep saying thats not what i ordered infuriated. 0 -
Did you check the contract before you signed it? It should state somewhere the arms are removable on the contract. It is also usually more expensive than a regular piece so it's worth double checking that as well.0
