PCM parking ticket appeal rejected - Help appeal to IAS
Comments

If you appealed the windscreen ticket, they will not issue a NtK as the driver (or the RK having been passed the windscreen ticket by the driver) has already replied.
Otherwise they should issue a NtK between 28 and 56 days after the parking event.Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -
Another interesting thing... I find that Parking Control Management UK Ltd that issued the ticket has previously been a member of BPA. However it does not seem to be now. Is there anyway to find out if it was a BPA member at the time of issuing the ticket there by allowing an appeal with POPLA rather than IAS?0
