I signed up with fuelbroadband via a referral from my cousin before christmas which meant I should have got a £25 amazon voucher after 30 days, obviously no voucher and they just send you round in email circles and are now saying I have to contact Amazon as it is down to them, I have had enough and have cancelled with the from the 3rd april telling them as far as I am concerned they have broken their contract but they are saying I need to pay cancellation fees of £10 per outstanding month ie approx £100, my question is if I signed up with fuel isnt my contract with them and and down to them to sort out the amazon fiasco? Also how do I stand regarding them breaking their contract?

They're probably not breaking their contract, since the voucher is a freebie. If you terminate while in minimum term then the ETC applicable is valid. A bit foolish to blow £100 for the sake of a £25 voucher?
The responsibility for the voucher will depend on the T&C's of that particular offer, but what reason have they given for not supplying it? Has you cousin received his/hers?
Given Primus' reputation for non-existent CS, this shouldn't really come as any surprise. No free lunch, and no free laptop

The offer is an inducement to sign, so not provision of it is not a material term that gives you the ability to walk away with no penalty. Far better to use thretime to pursue the missing offer.0

Yes, they should, but non-supply does not void your contract without penalty. Primus have a dreadful reputation, so all such offers may have to be extracted with all the work being done on your side.No free lunch, and no free laptop
