I have had a mortgage offer through the door but the conditions are not clear. What do use think are conditions and/or don't have to do as a condiotn?
Supplementary conditions
You must instruct a roofer and carry out repairs within 3 months of completion.
We Recommend you instruct a damp and timber specialist to carry out an inspection of the property and you carry out any repairs.

You have to get the roof fixed.
You don't *have* to get the damp and timber expertAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
