NPE parking enforcement letter

Hello I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I am wasting time, and the letter in the newbie section is all I need to send.
The circumstances are this. On Sunday I was picking a business owner up, from opposite a former hotel in dereham which now stands empty, from her shop to collect our son from the airport. the time stamp on the photo is 2 mins apart. This being because it is all the time it took to cross the road and get her. On the picture I'm not even properly parked. My window is open and just in entrance. As just didn't want to pull up on the side of the road. And the hotel is no longer a hotel. So wasn't going to causing an issue for anyone.
The said hotel was also the place I spent my wedding night. And the actual car park was where you park overnight. So what's to say I wasn't just trying to book a room lol. I'm livid at this ticket.
Sorry if the newbie bit suffices. But not to clued up. Just know this can't be fair for a 2 min loading or unloading
Can add pic I required
Thanks
Darren

Read the Newbies forum and send in a strong appeal. Are these photos from a hand held camera? ANPR cameras are different and fixed. You owe them nothing, its just a speculative invoice. Do not ignore, if refused you should get a POPLA code.0

wait for NTK before appealing, also check which NPE this is as I believe there is more than one NPE, the danger of acronyms, so one in the BPA and the other in the IPC(I think) - so no popla code if its IPC
in future , dont park on private land without the owners permission
ps:- if you did receive a letter, thats a quick NTK considering its only thursday , lol

Yes it was a letter. Through the post with two pictures on it. The florist I was collecting said lots of people pulled in their that day to pick up Mother's Day flowers as it is to all intents and purposes uninhabited since the hotel closed.0

Is it any wonder that the whole PPC 'industry' is held in such disrepute when we hear such stories. If the landowners don't want people stopping in their deserted car park then put up some bollards or a fence. Don't try & pervert contract law to 'fine' the unwary.0
