Halifax card balance at 10%

Anyone had any experience of asking halifax for a longer balance transfer period..
Got a letter offering 12 months at 0% but have seen barclaycard offering almost a 3 year deal. Would they / could they increase the deal I got offered
Anyone been in a similar situation.

It's normal and understandable for deals for new customers to be better and longer.
You are unlikely to get it matched as an existing customer.0 -
ring em and ask em. What harm can to do.
I have heard of people doing this successfully with barclaycard.£1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000
