Shouldn't the end date be 12pm 31/12

2. The promotional mechanic will run until midday on 31st December 2015, but within that time period there will be separate “prize slots”, with prizes provided by Friends of Dorset Cereals. Closing dates for each prize slot will be as per the entry instructions.

I guess so, but as there is a separate prize and separate draws within that period am treating it like a weekly / monthly and re-posting when the prize changes.
