TERMS AND CONDITIONS
. Introduction
1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the [SpongeBob Bedroom Makeover] (“Competition”) [via the website at [https://www.pizzahut.co.uk] (the “Website)
1.2 The Promoter is Pizza Hut (UK) Limited (“Pizza Hut”). The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on [the Website]
1.3 By entering this Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Participation
2.1 To participate in the Competition entrants must be:
a) aged 18 or over; and
b) resident in the United Kingdom.
2.2 To take part in the Competition, entrants must answer a question on the Website]
2.3 No purchase of any Pizza Hut product is necessary to enter the Competition.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Late and/or incomplete entries, will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or invalid entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.
2.5 The winner on each day will be chosen by an independent adjudicator and will be the first entry selected at random from the correctly answered entries.
2.6 The closing date for entries is midnight on 17th May 2015. Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
2.7 Employees of Pizza Hut or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Competition.
2.8 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or fraudulent entries.
3. Prize

3.2 Prizes are provided by Protravel, P&MM Ltd, Avalon House, Breckland, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LD.
3.3 All items are subject to availability. Items may not be official merchandise. Fitting and/or installation of the items is not included. Protravel and the Promoter accept no responsibility for certain lines being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Protravel will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative of equal standard where possible.

3.4 The items provided in the prize do not come with a warranty or guarantee.
4 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed as cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
5 A legal parent or guardian aged 18 or over must be available to receive delivery of the items and to ensure safe use of all items.
5.2 Protravel and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the items.
5.3 Protravel and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury caused by misuse of the items.
5.4 Parental supervision is strongly recommend when using any of the items listed.
5.5 Some items may not be suitable for very small children.
5.6 Amendments by the prizewinner are not possible
5.7 The draw will take place on May 22nd and the winner will be notified via email, to the address which they provide [at the time of entering]/[in their Facebook application.]
5.8 In the event that contact cannot be made with the winner after 3 attempts the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining correctly answered entries.
5.9 The winner will receive their prize within 14 days of the closing date.
5.10 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

4. General
4.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Competition will be entered into.
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Competition or to extend any closing date.
4.3 These Terms are governed by English law.
5. Privacy
5.1 As a result of an entrant’s participation in the Competition Pizza Hut will collect certain personal data relating to entrants. We will process the information about you in accordance with our privacy policy [insert link]. By entering the Competition you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful and accurate.
5.2 Images supplied by entrants will be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter and by entering the Competition entrants consent to such use and warrant that they have the permission of every person appearing in the photograph to use their image in the Competition. Once an entry is submitted, copyright in that entry will be owned by the Promoter.
5.3 The winner must be available and willing to take part in any publicity arising as a result of this Competition
