UKPC and Small Claims Solicitors

Hello. Sorry to post this but I have read through the Newbies thread about Parking Charge Notices but it is information overload and I am confused. My partner got a PCN from UKPC and took advice to ignore it. ( I know now that was wrong) We had 3 letters from UKPC followed by 3 from DRP and now 1 from Small Claims…

Jeez. I repeat, they can't do this! You are the only person in control of this! There will be no 'event a CCJ is obtained against me (you)' if you pay the amount determined by the SCC by the due date.

But it won't get to this!
