NS & I Saving Certificates for Non Residents

Options
I currently live and am resident in the UK. However in a couple of years I am thinking of emigrating and will no longer be a UK resident.I hold a number of NS & I Index Linked Saving Certificates. Will I be able to keep these when I move abroad and no longer have a UK address? When they mature after I have left the UK, will I be able to roll them over into a new NS & I Index Linked Saving Certificate or will I have to redeem them?
