Replace a Shed Door

I have a wooden shed, but i need to replace just the door.

Any ideas where i can get just a wooden door from for the Shed. Unfortunately i cannot use an ordinary door as it has to be quite thin.

Make one! A few bits of 2x1 and some shiplap or feather-edge (depending on your shed) and a few nails - sorted!! I don't ever recall seeing anywhere that sells shed doors, so this may be you only option.

Yep, I agree. Get some T & G boards the same thickness as you have now. Slot them together and screw 4 inch wide battons on the back, like the original door. Cut and plane to fit.

I've just made kind of door for a coal shed and, simple as it was, it was quite a sense of acheivement.

Basic woodwork can be quite easy and fulfilling.

    1. Use sharp tools
    2. Measure twice and cut once, my dad used to day
